Thank you for this insightful feedback. I completely agree with you and, at the same time, remain thoughtful on the “psychological facts” Lawrence Becker talks about. I do not think he believes there is some access to pure facts ; but rather a connection between some parts of the reality and inner psychological facts. He does not dwell on the typology of “facts”. I have to say Becker’s book remains quite cryptic for me on some points
